This is a very interesting combo cover featuring U618 Vince Lombardi Cup hologram stamped #10 envelope (9/9/1990) and Scott# 3147, the Vince Lombardi stamp (8/5/1997). The envelope and the stamp are both canceled First Day of Issue. The envelope is fully hand-painted by David Peterman in a limited edition of 69.
